With approximately 90,000 thoughts per day, we can learn techniques and tools to help unhook from negative thoughts and rumination and help manage the ‘negativity bias’ more effectively. What participants will learn: – Multiple biological aspects that shape thought patterns – Science-based tools for interrupting and detangling from difficult thoughts – Several mindfulness techniques for gaining control of excessive or negative thoughts
