Supported workforce,
Sustainable services,
Stronger communities.
Connecting BC’s social care sector with training, funding, resources, and opportunities to strengthen the workforce, build organizational capacity, and support communities across the province.
BC Social Care Training is a provincial resource designed to support workforce development and build capacity across BC’s social care sector. The platform connects social care organizations and workers with training, funding opportunities, sector resources, and other supports to help strengthen services and the communities they serve.
Developed in collaboration with sector organizations, BC Social Care Training responds to workforce needs identified across BC’s non-profit, community-based, and social service sectors.
This initiative is funded by the Government of Canada and the Province of British Columbia through the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction.
