Includes ways to counter stress using polyvagol theory techniques and practices, windows of tolerance knowledge, and simple mindfulness practices for gaining control of thoughts and emotions. What you will learn: – Science-based explanations for feelings of chaos and overwhelm – Different ways in which stress can affect one’s personal biology, along with tools for regaining control – Multiple mindfulness-based practices that support personal grounding and recalibration
