With our main office on the unceded traditional lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples, Vantage Point provides high quality, practical education, facilitation, and consulting support to BC’s non-profit sector as well as programs that support sector success through convening, facilitation, and advocacy.

We provide training for non-profit leaders (Executive Directors, Board Members) and Staff in areas of governance, leadership, human resources, strategic planning, fund development, organizational development and other key topics that support non-profits to achieve greater impact.

All our training is offered live and facilitated by experts using inclusing, engaging approaches. For individuals, we offer workshops (half-day), mini-labs (3-session cohorts), and advanced labs (7-8 session cohorts). For organizations, we offer tailored, custom training - bringing together a staff team or board from one organization, or a group of leaders from multiple organizations in a particular region or sector.
