RealEyes brings deep, hands-on experience supporting organizations to meaningfully include and empower workers and clientele from diverse backgrounds. Our team includes professionals who have taught classes at universities and colleges and performed countless public speaking engagements. RealEyes brings over 16 years of experience collaborating with Community Futures Treaty Seven, advancing Indigenous equity through meaningful partnership and action. This ongoing relationship has involved co-developing and delivering Indigenous employment service training, speaking at community and employer events, and providing inclusive workplace training tailored to the needs of both Indigenous job seekers and employers. We have played a key role in the design and implementation of culturally informed workforce development – and service projects – demonstrating a deep commitment to respectful engagement, capacity-building, and reconciliation in practice.
