Douglas College trains Career Development Professionals at all levels. We provide training to supervisors/team leads/ managers and front-line workers in the foundations of Career Development as well as in the following professional development areas: mental health strategies for CDPs. self-care for CDPs, trauma informed practice for CDPs, trauma informed organizations and working with anxiety for CDPs. We are also re-launching our Advanced Career Development Practice program in May 2026.
